Gloucester Cathedral

Gloucester Cathedral is one of the most beautiful buildings in England.

This aerial photograph gives the opportunity to appreciate this historic building in its setting. The south porch , which is the main entrance to the cathedral can be clearly seen, as can College Green and the cathedral precints.

The photograph shows many of the buildings of The Kings School which was founded by King Henry VIII. In the bottom left hand corner of this photograph is Westgate Street, one of the four historic entrances to the city.
